Larry Leker

I was born in the snow, raised in the desert, and after working for Orson Welles while still in high school, fled reason for Hollywood. At eighteen Ralph Bakshi hired me to work on THE LORD OF THE RINGS, where I learned how not to make films. I later joined Don Bluth studios and gained more useful experience as a layout artist, animator and production designer.

Since then I’ve worked at most all the animation studios in L.A. moving back and forth between TV and film as story artist production designer and art director. In my spare time I write, paint, and renovate my 105 year old haunted house.
