AI for Post Production

AI for Post Production is a hands-on course designed for editors, colorists, and VFX artists looking to integrate cutting-edge AI tools into their post-production workflows. Students will explore AI-powered features in Adobe Premiere Pro alongside specialized applications such as Topaz for intelligent upscaling, noise reduction, and frame interpolation.

This class will cover advanced techniques in move matching for seamless compositing, automated color grading for consistent visual tone, and AI-assisted enhancement for archival or low-quality footage. By combining creative decision-making with the latest machine learning tools, participants will learn how to save time, elevate quality, and push the boundaries of modern post-production.

With the rapid changes in post production using AI tools, this is a “must do” workshop for anyone working in post-production… whether it’s for a large production or your own AI film!

Duration: 4 weeks (15 hours)

Prerequisite: It is advised that you have some familiarity with Adobe products such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CG programs like Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, etc. You should have a 2020 or newer Mac or PC with 8 GB of VRAM and at least 16 GB of RAM. A large screen monitor (2 is best!) and the use of a full keyboard with a 3-button mouse is essential, especially for anyone using a laptop.
