SKILLS MASTERY PROGRAMS
CG ModelinG (240 hours)
The CG Modeling program covers the essential skills necessary to create, transform and animate existing 3D models for CG software such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, ZBrush, Rhino, Unreal Engine and other CG modeling and animation software. Instruction includes demonstration and real-world, hands-on practice of modeling, surface modeling, solid, parametric and NURBS modeling for building models of characters, props, sets, environments and for doing pre-visualization. Basic lighting setups and uses of textures and materials are also covered. (240 hours)

CompositinG and VFX (240 hours)
The Compositing and VFX program will teach students the process of combining visual elements from separate sources into single images (or frames,) as used in motion pictures, television and game design. Covered in this program will be how to integrate and compose computer-generated (CG) elements with 2D and 3D images with live action or animated footage using techniques such as motion tracking, color matching, lighting, keying, blue and green screen, etc. Suggested classes include, but are not limited to, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, NUKE, Python, Unreal Engine, Lighting, Coding with ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Gen AI et. al. (240 hours)

Computer animation (240 hours)
The Computer Animation program covers the essential skills sets for learning to become a computer animation (or CG) artist using the latest software and industry techniques. This program will introduce student artists to software such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, etc., to develop skills as CG animators, lighters, modelers, texture artists, etc. Suggested classes include, but are not limited to, Adobe After Effects. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, NUKE, Python, Unreal Engine, Lighting, Coding with ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Gen AI, et. al. (240 hours)

digital Illustration (240 hours) / Digital illustration - SHORT TERM (120 HRS)
The Digital Illustration Program is designed for developing the essential skills sets for becoming a digital illustrator, concept artist, board artist, set sketch artist, etc., using the latest software and industry techniques. This program will enable illustrators and other artists to upgrade their existing graphics and/or illustration skills to the digital world of computer graphics packages such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Unreal Engine, Blender, Sketchup Pro and more. (240 hours)
The Digital Illustration (Short Term) program covers the same subjects but is of shorter duration. (120 hours)
Both programs are WIOA and ETP eligible
Digital Set Design (240 hours) / Digital Set Design - SHORT TERM (120 HRS)
The Digital Set Design program covers the essential skills sets necessary for work as a digital set designer. Included in this program will be methods, materials, techniques and hands-on practice to create full, operational sets using the latest software designed for art department use. Software learned will include packages such as SketchUp Pro, Rhino, Blender, Unreal Engine, Twin Motion and more. (240 hours)
The Digital Set Design – Short Term program covers the same subjects but is of shorter duration. (120 hours)
Both programs are WIOA and ETP eligible
Graphic Design - (240 hours) / Graphic Design - SHORT TERM (120 HRS)
The Graphic Design program covers essential skills necessary for work as a graphics design artist. Included in this program will be methods, materials, techniques and hands-on practice to create graphics using the latest software to create drawings, illustrations, titles, photographic manipulation and more. Software learned will include packages such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, SketchUp Pro, Rhino, Blender, Unreal Engine, Twin Motion and more. (240 hours)
The Graphic Design – Short Term program covers the same subjects, but shorter duration (120 hours)
Both programs are WIOA and ETP eligible
UNREAL ENGINE - (120 hours)
The Unreal Engine program covers the essential skills sets for learning to become an Unreal Engine artist using the latest software and industry techniques. this program will enable artists to upgrade their existing animation, graphics and/or technical skills to manage renders, rig characters, do lighting and textures setups, use Python and other scripting languages to achieve technical mastery of computer graphics packages such as Unreal Engine, MetaHuman, Twin Motion and other Unreal Engine products. Additional training in Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, Nuke, Houdini, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketchup Pro, Rhino. etc., are available to complement this training. (120 hours)
This program is ETP eligible (not eligible as a WIOA program)
Virtual Production - (120 hours)
The Virtual Production program covers the essential skills sets for learning to become a virtual production artist using the latest software and industry techniques. This program will enable students to upgrade their existing virtual production, CG and VFX skills sets in design, level design, illustration, animation and/or graphic to create pre-vis, post-vis, animatics, moving storyboards, using graphics and visualization design packages such as Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, Nuke, Houdini, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Toon Boom, Sketchup Pro, Rhino and more. Suggested classes include, but are not limited to, Unreal Engine classes and workshops, Level Design, Character Animation, Photoshop, Substance Painter, Houdini, Python for Production, et. al. (120 hours)
This program is ETP eligible (not eligible as a WIOA program)
