Robert Dennis has been teaching Photoshop for over fifteen years. His background is in theater, and recieved his BFA in Theatre Production from Penn State University. He worked for a number of regional theater and opera companies across the US; including The Santa Fe Opera. Before moving to Los Angeles, he also taught and headed the Properties Department at The University of Michigan.
In Los Angeles, he worked for Ellis Props & Graphics, the creature shops for Godzilla and the tv version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Around 2000 he moved from practical effects and took up the study of digital imaging and Photoshop. Since 2017, Rob has been working as a Digital Imaging Specialist for the Getty Museum.
