Game Design 201 (with Unity)

This class is the continuation of the Game Design 101 class that you have been waiting for. In this class you will be using PlayMaker with Unity. What is PlayMaker you ask? It is Visual Scripting for Unity and an amazing tool to get your game up and running without coding.

In this class you will hit the ground running the very first day by creating a main menu that will have option like Play Game, Exit Game, How To Play and more. As the class moves forward you will create a environment for your character to move on and add things like doors that open when we are near them and close when we walk away. You will also have enemies in your level that will attack you and move towards you and much more.

By the end of this class you will have more knowledge of Unity and PlayMaker.

Prerequisite: This class will require that you take the Game Design 101 or VR/AR with Unity first. The reason we ask you to take one of these classes first is because the Game Design 201 class is not a beginner class. In this class if the teacher says "Create a Cube and center it to the world" you should know how to do this.
