Environmental Design

Environmental Design is the art of creating spaces and worlds from the imagination. This class will focus on creating these worlds by designing environments that range from simple interior spaces like sci-fi corridors and landing docks to exterior wide shots of majestic castles  in a fantasy landscape.  You will acquire the skill set and theories in creating any environment of your choosing. Students will learn in-depth methods and techniques used by notable production designers, concept illustrators, set designers and others involved in creating these environments for use in film, television, video games, and all other major forms of media.
